Bible Doctrine

Bible Doctrine is a course that looks across the entire storyline of the Bible and helps students to begin to develop a comprehensive understanding (or systematic theology) of the doctrine of God, the doctrine of the Word of God, the doctrine of man, and the doctrine of Christ.

Approximate time commitment:

3 hours per week outside of class to complete each week’s readings and assignments:

Prerequisites:

Current enrollment and active participation in Survey of the New Testament 1 and Grasping God’s Word.

Class location:

To be determined.

Class days and times:

Friday afternoons 3:00 – 4:30 PM beginning January 17th.

Required textbooks:

Bible Doctrine – Essential Teachings of the Christian Faith by Wayne Grudem (This book is available in hardcover, Kindle, Kobo, and iBooks format)

Doctrine – What Christians Should Believe by Mark Driscoll & Gerry Breshears (This book is available in hardcover, Kindle, Kobo, and iBooks format)
