ONE80 Kids
Join us for Sunday School every Sunday morning, where kids can learn about Jesus and the Bible in a safe and interactive environment. Our dedicated teachers use engaging lessons, activities, and crafts to help kids grow in their understanding of God's love and plan for their lives.
Parents & Tots Room
Do your little ones need a bit of room to move? Our Parents & Tots Room is a space set up with toys and a livestream, so your kids can get their wiggles out at any point during our service. Parents must stay with their kids.
Mother’s Room
We’ve curated a safe and serene space for the most vulnerable members of our community. Our nursery is a great space to breastfeed, nap, or play with your baby. Available for self service at any time during any service.
Special Events
Throughout the year, we host special events and activities just for kids! From Summer Games to holiday parties to service projects, there's always something fun happening for kids at Oceanside Church.
A complete turnaround, starting young
ONE80 means a complete change of direction—and that's exactly what we want for our kids. Not just Bible stories, but a real sense that they're known by God and made for something. Our leaders show up every week to help kids build real friendships, ask real questions, and figure out what it means to follow Jesus, one Sunday at a time.

How do I check in?
When you arrive, head to the ONE80 Check-In desk just inside the main entrance. First-time families can register their children there, or save time by registering online before your visit.
Your child will receive a name tag, and you’ll receive a matching security sticker for pickup after the service. After check-in, children remain with their families during worship before being dismissed to ONE80 Kids.
Check-in is available from 8:10–8:40 AM and 10:00–10:40 AM. We also ask that children use the washroom and wash their hands before check-in.
When does ONE80 Kids start?
Our kids are invited to join us during morning worship in the auditorium. Once worship is wrapped up, they are dismissed to their respective classes.
Where do I bring my kids?
Children ages 1-2 and 3-4 are on the main floor. If you have children in these age groups, please accompany them to class.
For children aged 5-12, they’re free to go upstairs unsupervised with a sticker! Leaders will be waiting at their classroom; look for the banner.
Our Parents & Tots Room is found just past the ONE80 Check-In desk.
When do I pick up my kids?
Immediately after the service has ended, please pick up your kids at the classroom door. Children in grades 3-7 are free to join you on their own. Once you have shown your security sticker to the leader, they will retrieve your child for you.
Important! No sticker = no kids! We must see your security sticker to safely check your child out to you.
What are your safety measures?
For added safety during the service, only Kids Team Members are permitted down the hall during Check-In, and until Pick-Up. If you have been called to your child’s class, just stop at the check-in table and they or the Security team will walk with you to the class. As always, your family’s health and safety is very important to us! Thank you so much for your patience as we take steps to provide a fun and safe Children’s Ministry. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels welcome and loved.

My Bible Reading Journey re-launch!
‘My Bible Reading Journey’ launches for the 2026/2027 school year next Sunday October 4, 2026. Last year we launched ‘My Bible Reading Journey’ for the very first time. Over 120 kids signed up for their very own log book, and we saw kids from as young as 2 years old signing up for the journey and engaging in bible reading. The results were so exciting: Families were working through books of the bible together and a few children averaged more than 2 books a month! We believe the Bible, is the inspired Word of God and serves as the final authority for what we believe and how we live, and to see our young children eagily devouring these pages, is amazing! In Proverbs 22:6 it says, “Train up a child in the way he should go: and when his is old, he will not depart from it.” Teaching our children to read the bible and hide these treasures in their heart (Psalm 119:11), is laying solid foundations for the rest of their lives. My Bible reading journey is a small log book, beautifully designed for kids, that allows you to cross off chapters of the bible as you read them. This allows our kids to track their reading and to see their progress in reading the bible. Once a month we open our prize table, and children can redeem each book read, with a prize from either our ‘short book’ prize tote, ‘medium book’ prize tote, and ‘large book’ prize tote. Some of our ONE80 kids are on track to finish the bible the year! How amazing!!! We re-launch My Bible Reading Journey on October 4. If you have not signed your child up please do so at the ‘My Bible Reading Journey’ table, situated behind the check-in desk, between 10:00am and 10:30am. Children who signed up last year, do not need to sign up again: keep reading the bible and logging your progress in your log books. The Prize totes will also be out on October 4, so children can come and redeem the books that they have read over the summer. So excited to see our kids falling in love with God’s word!
