NCMI Canada National Elders 2026

Partnering eldership teams from Canada are gathering together on Vancouver Island, in Nanaimo, for a time of equipping, fellowship and worshipping together.

• Canada Elders: Thursday – Friday, August 27th-28th 2026

  • Church Planters, 9:30am - 1:30pm Saturday August 29th 2026
  • NCMI Apostolic Team, 12:00pm - 4:00pm: Wednesday, August 26th 2026

Who is it for:

Existing Elders, Future Elders*, Future Church Planters*, Young Leaders*

*If you are not on an Eldership Team or the wife of an Elder, please speak to your local Eldership Team about this opportunity, as you will need to be invited to this time by them.

Location & Hosting:

Hosted by Oceanside Church in Nanaimo, BC.
Since this time is taking place in Canadian summer vacation months, let us host you on beautiful Vancouver Island. To help with accommodation costs Oceanside Church will endeavor to provide free hosting for 75% of leaders who register amongst our congregation. Everyone who would like hosting will get it!

Food:

Lunch and Breakfast will be provided on site for everyone for both days.

Kids & Youth:

For leaders who are bringing children or youth aged between 4 and 16 years old to the leadership time we will be having a mix of summer activities. Please add each child and their age to your registration.

We encouage leaders who are needing to register youth or children, please do so as soon as possible so we can make sure we have adequate care and activities for the age groups attending. If you have a specific questions, please email office@oceansidechurch.ca.

Kids and youth will be hosted off-site at our church office building (eight-minutes drive from the venue) for the Thursday & Friday sessions.
