Shepherding Together — Leaders Training Day

‍Oceanside is hosting its first ever Shepherding Together Summit on January 31st.  We know that mentoring and guiding people is pivotal in the life of the church.  As leaders we often struggle to know how to guide people through personal challenges.  What do I do?  What is effective support?  How can I empower people to walk in faith in difficult times?  At what point do I get the church leadership involved?

The role you play is valued, so the Leadership at Oceanside wants to give you the tools for us to lead together well.  This will be a great day of learning and growing in your capacity towards the leadership of people. We ask that you mark January 31st, from 9-3 as a priority on your calendar to be held at Harvest Church.

We will be providing lunch and childcare for children ages 3 to grade 6. Please email Jess Landry if you are bringing your children at jessical@oceansidechurch.ca.  Let her know how many children and if there are any allergies we should be aware of. Please come and collect your kids during lunch time.
