Our Sunday service begins at 9:30am
Oceanside Church meets on Sundays at 9:30AM at The Nanaimo Christian School. Our Sunday Services last for around an hour and a half and we also have a variety of other meetings that take place at during the morning service; like our ONE80 Kid's Church and JAM toddler group. There's something for everyone!

What you can expect on a Sunday:
Whether it's your first time to a church or you've attended elsewhere before it's always good to know what to expect when you come for the first time.
The Service
Our Sunday service begins at 9:30am with praise & worship which is led by one of our bands. During worship there is a an opportunity to for the giving of the tithes & offering, but please don't feel pressured to give anything as this is primarily for our regular members. After Worship there is a teaching given by an Oceanside pastor or visiting speaker. At the end of the service there's usually a time for more worship and prayer, but every week is a little different.
The Visitor's Lounge
If you're new or it's your first time at Oceanside we'd love to get to know you more in The Visitors Lounge after the service. You can grab a coffee and get to know some of us here. It's an great way to meet new people and ask any questions that you might have. You can find the lounge at the back of the main auditorium.
Parking
Feel free to take advantage of the Visitor Parking which is signposted along the outside wall of the main school building as you come into the parking lot.

ONE80 Kids Church - ages 4 to 12
Oceanside Kids have an amazing time at ONE80 Kids Church which starts & finishes at the same time as the main service. Here kids from 4-12 years old have an exciting time singing songs, dancing, hearing stories and taking part in fun crafts and activities. Feel free to come into the main entrance where there is a red-booth where you can find out more and get directed on where to take your children.
ONE80 JAM - ages 1 to 3
Our toddler group is aimed at kids between 1 & 3 years old who have a great time hearing stories, doing crafts and just having fun being kids! This groups starts after worship at around 10am until the end of the service.
Parent's Room
There is a space parents with infants to use during the service where there is a live audio feed of what is happening in the meeting. Please feel free to bring your child into the main service, or use this space if you need to at any time.

Finding Oceanside:
The easiest way to find Oceanside Church is driving along the Island Parkway (Highway 19) until exit 18. At exit 18 turn left if you are coming from the south of Nanaimo or right from the north of Nanaimo onto Jinglepot Road. Follow Jinglepot for 1.3KM until you reach Holland Road. At the intersection of Holland & Jinglepot you will be able to see The Junction, which is the church offices, and opposite The Nanaimo Christian School where we hold our Sunday services. - Drive along the Island Parkway - Highway 19
- At Exit 18:
- Turn right onto Jinglepot Road coming from the north of Nanaimo, or
- Turn left onto Jinglepot Road coming from the south of Nanaimo
- Follow Jinglepot Road for 1.3KM until you reach Holland Road
- Turn right into Holland Road
- Turn immediately right again into the school parking lot
